Eric
Dailey Jr.

Eric Dailey Jr. IS A Dual-Forward FOR THE UCLA BRUINS.

From Palmetto, Florida, Dailey was named Captain of his IMG Academy team, where he achieved a consensus four-star recruiting designation, and rated as high as No. 35 in the Class of 2023. After graduation, he chose Oklahoma State University over professional opportunities and reported offers from colleges that included Kentucky, Kansas, Michigan, and Memphis. Joining the Cowboys for his freshman year, he became one of the best transition scorers in the country (84%), playing in the Big 12 conference. A high efficiency dual forward with a great IQ and excellent mid post isolation skills, he shot 48.6% from the field in half court offensive sets. Dailey decided to enter the transfer portal following his first year at OSU after the sudden firing of Head Coach Mike Boynton and signed with the UCLA Bruins for the 2023-24 season.

“(Eric brings) a level of versatility at the forward that we really haven't had since we were moving Cade (Cunningham) everywhere around the court.”

-Mike Boynton
Former Head Coach, Oklahoma State University

— Ryan Schroeder, Ryan Schroeder Reporting

“Eric Dailey Jr. is a Stat Stuffer! 8 points, a steal, 2 assists & 3 offensive rebounds in just 16 minutes. Not only does his talent "Flash", but, he uses his instincts to do a lot of the "Gritty" work, like keeping balls alive. Huge contribution yesterday, many more to come!…“
